After an initial contact, you will receive a contract to fill in, the confirmation of the rental will take effect after reception of an example of the signed contract accompanied by a deposit which corresponds to 25% of the rental price. Payment can be made out to the owner’s name either by banker’s or postal cheque or by credit card using the service SPPLUS, a secure website belonging to the French bank “Caisse d’Epargne”
